“Chris and I met at a bar in Mount Juliet, where we started off as friends. We have been there for each other through the trials and tribulations of life, which brought us closer together until we couldn’t deny what we meant to one another. Chris proposed in Rosemary Beach on July 14th. His daughter and her best friend were walking behind us as we walked on the beach. He got down on one knee and proposed. The girls who had been following behind missed the whole thing, and they were there to photograph. We ended up re-enacting the proposal for them on our way back as the sun was setting. It was absolutely perfect and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way!
I have followed Walton’s since I moved to TN. And I fell in love with the beautiful rings. I am a sucker for anything Art Deco. We didn’t shop together, but I had sent him ideas. The ring he picked was the perfect mix of the old and the new. It signifies the start of a wonderful life and all the beauty that life together has to offer.”
