To ensure the safety of our customers and their information, our checkout process has several steps and restrictions to reduce the risk of fraudulent charges. We accept payment through Paypal and all major credit cards via checkout. Your item will not be shipped to you until your payment clears our accounts (typically 2-3 business days).
We do not accept personal checks, cashiers checks, bank checks, or money orders for online purchases.
We must ship to the address associated with your credit card, which will be verified prior to shipping. For PayPal transactions, we will ship to your address that is on file and verified by Paypal.
All purchases made through our website ship for FREE! We ship UPS Express Mail, adult signature required upon delivery. Please make sure you are present to sign for the package when it arrives. Typically, packages are delivered within 1-2 business days. Funds must clear into our account before we ship your package to you (typically 2-3 business days). If we are sizing a ring before we send it to you, please allow an additional 1-2 days prior to shipping.
Prior to shipping (once payment has cleared) we will contact you to confirm you will be available to sign for the package when it is delivered. We only ship Tuesday - Thursday to ensure safe, quick deliveries. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week once the payment clears. The packages will not be addressed from Walton's for security purposes.
We ship within the United States, we do not offer international shipping.
Each Walton's piece is photographed and documented before we ship it to you and is packaged with the utmost care to ensure a safe delivery. If your package arrives and your item is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours via email email@example.com
If you'd like to make an online purchase, but would prefer to pick it up in our showroom, just let us know as we are happy to arrange a pickup time during our business hours for you. During the checkout process select the "Showroom Pickup" option (you will still input your shipping address for security purposes). Once your payment clears (and ring sizing has been completed if applicable) we will contact you to let you know your purchase is ready to pickup.
We gladly accept refunds or exchanges within 10 days of your online purchase from the date that you receive your package. All items must be returned in their original condition with the receipt. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which must include insurance coverage - contact us for return packaging details. If you wish to return your item, please contact us at (615) 790-0244 to make arrangements. Once the item is returned, we will examine its condition and issue a refund, minus any sizing or other alteration charges. Refunds may take multiple days to show up in your account.
Warranty and Repairs
A ring purchase from Walton's includes one complimentary ring sizing. All purchases include a written appraisal done by our GIA certified gemologists.
Now that you're the proud owner of a gorgeous piece of Walton's jewelry, it's important to understand the best method for maintaining its beauty for generations to come. In the event that a repair needs to be made, we can take care of that, too! We offer the following complimentary repairs with your purchase:
- tightening loose stones within one year of purchase
- repairing a cracked or split shank within 3 months of purchase
- broken prongs within one year of purchase
- lost accent stones under 0.05 carats within one year of purchase
