Coming to our showroom and need to find a parking spot quickly? Check the paid parking lot located diagonally behind our showroom as well as the lot behind Starbucks on our same block ($2 for an hour, not to exceed $10 for the entire day). We are happy to deduct/validate the amount you paid for parking from your purchase if you bring a picture of your parking slip! See the map below for directions to those two lots:
At Walton's, we offer not only beautiful pieces to purchase, we also specialize in jewelry repairs. Our experienced jewelers are able to repair and restore some of the most challenging pieces, using a state of the art laser welder. The finest precision and art is practiced daily to maintain the beauty of your family heirlooms.

Alongside our expert jewelers, we also have Mike Walton, a certified GIA Graduate Gemologist, and Julie Walton Garland, a certified GIA Graduate Gemologist, who can appraise your jewelry. Whether you're looking to have your items insured or if you are seeking out their true value, we strive to give you all the information you desire. Our appraisals include:
- Inspection and cleaning of each item
- Gem identification
- Grading analysis
- A typed value assessment for insurances purposes, current retail value, estate value, or liquation value
- A photograph for identification

Selling your personal jewelry, items you've inherited or settling an estate can be an overwhelming and emotional process. At Walton's, we understand these difficult decisions and are here to guide you through the process. With over 40 years of experience, our GIA Graduate Gemologists and buyers handle your items with the utmost care. We specialize in pre-1940's antique and estate jewelry, which is largely what we purchase for our inventory, however, we are happy to take a look at any jewelry items you may have. We also purchase gold and platinum, as well as sterling flatware, holloware, and servingware (we do not purchase sterling jewelry). Our buyers give a clear and honest explanation of the process, allowing you to make the most informed decision concerning your pieces.
in-store payment options
At Walton's, we understand that big purchases should not break the bank. We offer two long term payment options: A three month in store layaway plan; one third down with three months to pay the remaining two thirds OR interest free financing for one year through Wells Fargo. Our layaway and financing transactions must be done and completed in our showroom.
All layaway sales are final. Your final payment is due no more than 90 days after the first payment was made. If you cancel your layaway prior to the final payment, store credit will be issued for the amount for previous payments made.
We accept all major credit cards, checks (checks must clear before taking the item purchased with you), and cash when making in-store purchases.
in-store purchase policies
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days on items of equal or higher value. No cash refunds. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original receipt. Refunds will not be issued if item is returned after 30 days from purchase date.
For items being purchased sight unseen (purchased online or over the phone), we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 10 days from the time you receive your package. All jewelry must be returned in the condition it was received with the original receipt. All sales are final after 10 days. After those 10 days, a refund will not be issued.
