At Walton's, we offer not only beautiful pieces to purchase, we also specialize in jewelry repairs and appraisals. Our experienced jewelers are able to repair and restore some of the most challenging pieces, using a state of the art laser welder. The finest precision and art is practiced daily to maintain the beauty of your family heirlooms.

- ring sizing, prong repair, shank repair
- chain soldering, clasp repair
- earring repair, conversion to screw back posts, regular posts, or clip on backs

Alongside our expert jewelers, we also have Mike Walton, a certified GIA Graduate Gemologist, and Julie Walton Garland, a certified GIA Graduate Gemologist, who can appraise your jewelry. Whether you're looking to have your items insured or if you are seeking out their true value, we strive to give you all the information you desire. Our appraisals include:
- Inspection and cleaning of each item
- Gem identification
- Grading analysis
- A typed value assessment for insurances purposes, current retail value, estate value, or liquation value
- A photograph for identification
We also purchase gold and sterling items. Our buyers give a clear and honest explanation of the process, allowing you to make the most informed decision concerning your pieces.
At Walton's, we understand that big purchases should not break the bank. We offer two long term payment options: A three month in store layaway plan; one third down with three months to pay the remaining two thirds OR interest free financing for one year through Wells Fargo.
Store Policies for in store purchases: *Returns are accepted within 30 days. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days on items of equal or higher value. No cash refunds.
Store Policies for purchases made through our website and social media: *For items that a customer is purchasing sight unseen, there will be a 15% restocking fee if the item is returned. For items purchased sight unseen, there is a 10 day return policy. After those 10 days, a refund will not be issued.
*We will take credit cards over the phone but will add a 4% non swipe fee to the total after tax has been added. We will wait to ship the item till the credit card charge or check clears.
