Walton's Antique and Estate Jewelry

Family owned and operated in Historic Downtown Franklin, TN since 1974

(615) 790-0244

Our store began over forty years ago by Melba Walton, an entrepreneur who had a sincere passion for antique jewelry.  Today, Walton's Antique and Estate Jewelry has become a staple to the downtown Franklin community. Specializing in pre-1940's antique and estate pieces, Walton's maintains the foundation on which Melba created the store;  a place where all are welcome to share in the love and admiration for pieces of one of a kind jewelry.

STORE HOURS

We are open Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Come on in and discover, or rekindle, your passion for antique jewelry!

Southern Living Magazine

Holy Moly, were we blown away when we picked up February's edition of Southern Living Magazine! The always fabulous, Nashville food and entertaining tastemaker, Katie Jacobs, is featured in the Beauty and Style section and gives advice on how to look and feel your best! Katie's response to the question, "the one thing I can't live without", had us all crying happy tears! She says, "When we were dating, my husband gave me an antique locket from Walton's Antique & Estate Jewelry in Franklin, Tennessee.  I wear it every day - even for my wedding - and it really is one of my most treasured possessions."

Thank you, Katie, for your continued love and support! We are truly touched by your kind words! Congratulations on a beautifully done article!

Walton's Goes to Facebook

"Behind every business is a person, and behind every person is a story."

We are thrilled to announce that Facebook has hand-selected our very own, Julie Walton Garland, to be a part of its 2017 Small Business Council, a unique collection of small businesses from all over the country!

As one of only 11 businesses chosen for this year's Council, Julie had the rare opportunity to spend a few days at Facebook's Silicon Valley headquarters last week. Through this program, we will be learning from Facebook, and they'll be learning from us - all part of the mission to grow our business. We could not be more excited and honored for this extraordinary opportunity! Read more about Julie and the council here:

#Shemeansbusiness

What an honor to be representing local small businesses on the panel at Facebook's Boost Your Business event this morning along side Lee Company and City Farmhouse! Thank you to Facebook for having us!

The event was held to teach other small business owners, especially women in small business, how to effectively and successfully use Social Media to promote their business. Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn spoke, following a presentation by Facebook demonstrating their marketing tools.  The event concluded with a panel discussion, where our very own Julie Walton Garland spoke on behalf of Walton's!

NPT Appraisal Day

Walton's spent the day at The Factory in Franklin appraising an array of jewels for NPT's annual Appraisal Day! The public was able to bring in items to show to specialists, from art to antique furniture, and, of course, jewelry.  Check out some of our favorite, most unique finds below!

Victorian era gold, diamond and opal broach.  The bracelet portion can be locked into the sides of the broach to create a beautiful bracelet.

Victorian enameled miniature porcelain and gold earrings, cufflinks and pin suite.  Quite beautiful and unique, we have never seen anything like it!

Gorgeous, dainty Edwardian era platinum topped gold and diamond bracelet.

Late Victorian era Mason pin with a carved moonstone in the center.  Above is the official document, to the left are the signatures of the officers.

Victorian Era Old Mine cut diamond and gold starburst broach.

Late Victorian Era plique a jour and cloisonne peacock pin.
