Estate 18k yellow gold and sapphire ring. Angela Cummings began designing for Tiffany & Co. in1968. her work was inspired by the organic forms found in nature, like this beautiful example. Featuring an ancient Egyptian symbol, the Ouroboro, this beautiful estate piece centers a pear-shaped blue sapphire.
