18K white gold, diamond, and ruby band. This lovely band, perfect for stacking, is set with nine vibrant red rubies, each round cut and tightly set within a marquise-shaped channel. The channels of ruby, detailed with milgrain, alternate with bezel set white round brilliant cut diamonds.
