All purchases made at Walton's include a point-of-sale report which can be submitted to your insurer. Upon request, we also provide formal written appraisals done by our GIA Gemologists for items purchased from us.

Yes! We specialize in pre-1940s antique and estate jewelry, which is largely what we purchase for our inventory; however, we are happy to take a look at any jewelry items you have. We also purchase pieces for their gold, platinum, and diamond value. We purchase sterling silver flatware and hollowware (we do not purchase silver plated items or sterling jewelry).

We would be happy to schedule an Estate Evaluation with you! We will sit down and go through your items with you to help you determine what is costume jewelry and what is fine jewelry. If you're interested in selling some of your pieces, we will also make offers on items we may be interested in purchasing. Our Estate Evaluations are $200 per hour and do not include any written documentation (you can take as many notes as you would like during the evaluation). Please contact us prior to scheduling an appointment.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges or issue store credit within 30 days from the time you receive your item. We do not provide refunds. All sales are final after 30 days. After those 30 days, store credit or exchange will not be issued.

Unfortunately, we do not buy back jewelry previously purchased from us.
The cost of a ring resizing has many different factors (the type of metal, if it needs to be larger or smaller and by how many sizes, how wide the ring is, how many stones are set in the ring, etc.). We are happy to take a look at your ring in our showroom and give you an exact price for resizing. Very generally speaking, ring resizing starts around $100.
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it! We’d much rather be 100% sure of your ring size so that your ring only has to be resized once.
We do not offer a same day repair service (i.e. ring resizing, prong retipping, resetting, etc.). We take great pride in the work of our highly skilled jeweler and quality control every step of the way. (After purchasing a ring from us, we will accommodate resizing at the time of purchase as quickly as possible.)
You’re welcome to stop by our showroom or schedule an appointment - we prioritize appointments but walk-ins are also welcome! We will examine your item and let you know the best route for repair, as well as give you a price and estimated date for pickup.
We do not offer watch repair or battery replacement.
Engagement & Bridal
Yes! All of our diamond bridal pieces come with an appraisal done by our GIA Graduate Gemologists.
Often times, you can do a little undercover work to determine your partner’s ring size - i.e. have a friend take them shopping and nonchalantly have their finger sized, “borrow” one of their rings that they wear on the same finger, or ask us if we have their ring size on file. If all else fails, we are happy to resize the ring after it has been given.
Unfortunately, we do not sell antique mountings without the center stones. We can, however, work with you to create the antique-inspired ring of your dreams!

Walton's Jewelry offers complimentary UPS Express Mail shipping on all online purchases. All UPS deliveries require a signature upon receipt and are fully insured for the full retail value. Please make sure you are present to sign for the package when it arrives. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
