Returns for refund are accepted only if Walton's Jewelry is notified within 3 calendar days of purchase (or delivery for online orders). Approved refunds are subject to a 6% restocking fee, which covers return shipping, insurance, handling, and processing costs.

After 3 days and up to 30 days from the purchase or delivery date, items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No restocking fee applies to exchanges or store credit. All sales are final after 30 days.

Returned jewelry must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with the original receipt and packaging. All returns must be approved in advance and shipped using a fully insured return label provided by Walton’s Jewelry. Returns sent using an unauthorized shipping label will not be accepted.

Final sale items include special or custom orders, financed purchases, discounted purchases, and gift cards.

We offer complimentary shipping within the U.S. (no international or P.O. Box deliveries). All orders ship via UPS Express with adult signature required
—you must be present to sign for the package.

Once your order is placed, we’ll email you to confirm a delivery date (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday). Your item will not ship until we receive confirmation. Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship the following week. If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours, we may cancel your order.

Allow 1–2 business days for delivery once shipped. If your item requires sizing, please allow an extra 5-10 business days before shipping.

Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
