To initiate a return, please contact our team with your order details. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions.
We do not buy back jewelry. Our policy strickly adheres to a 30-day return period. During this time, you may return any item in its original condition for store credit or exchange. However, beyond this 30-day window, we do not offer exchanges or buy back any jewelry.
All orders are shipped via UPS Express Mail with signature confirmation required. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Once your order is placed, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
To schedule shipping, please respond to our email within 48 hours. If we don't hear back, we'll follow up once more. After 72 hours, the shipment may be rescheduled or delayed.
