Repair Warranty

All purchases from Walton's include a point-of-sale report which can be submitted to your insurer. Upon request, we also offer formal written appraisals done by our GIA Gemologists for items purchased from us. These appraisals can be forwarded or given to your insurance agent to have added to your policy, something that we encourage our customers to do in order to safeguard themselves against theft or damage.

- First custom fit sizing is complimentary with purchase
- Tightening loose stone(s)
- Repairing a cracked or split shank if broken at the sizing seam
- Broken prongs due to setting defect (not due to normal wear)
- Replacement of accent stones under 0.10 carats if the stone came loose due to a setting defect (not due to normal wear)

We are happy to help with all of your repair needs after one year, or repairs outside of the above mentioned. Repair fees will apply. Please contact us or visit our showroom to discuss further details and pricing.

To receive an estimate, our repair specialist will need to inspect your piece in person. Once we receive the jewelry, we will contact you with a cost estimate, which you can approve and submit to your insurance company.

Note: We do not offer a same-day repair service (i.e. ring resizing, prong re-tipping, resetting, etc.). If you are purchasing a ring from us, we will, however, accommodate resizing at the time of purchase as quickly as we can.

All carat weights and measurements are approximations. The diamonds and other stones are not removed from the jewelry, thus the carat weight measurements are generated using the GIA formulas for approximating carat weight for stones while in a mounting, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. Some or all colored gemstones are subject to colored gemstone enhancement processes.
