All purchases from Walton's include a point-of-sale report which can be submitted to your insurer. Upon request, we also offer formal written appraisals done by our GIA Gemologists for items purchased from us. These appraisals can be forwarded or given to your insurance agent to have added to your policy, something that we encourage our customers to do in order to safeguard themselves against theft or damage.

• We guarantee our repair work for 90 days, limited to the area only covered by the repair completed. If a repair fails due to defective materials or workmanship, we will repair it at no cost. Repairs needed after 90 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair fees at the expense of the customer. We are not responsible for damage beyond normal wear or once the jewelry leaves the premises.
• We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler. Any and all warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on a Walton's design.

To receive an estimate, our repair specialist will need to inspect your piece in person. Once we receive the jewelry, we will contact you with a cost estimate, which you can approve and/or submit to your insurer.

Note: We do not offer a same-day repair service (i.e. ring resizing, prong re-tipping, resetting, etc.). If you are purchasing a ring from us, we will, however, accommodate resizing at the time of purchase as quickly as we can.

All carat weights and measurements are approximations. The diamonds and other stones are not removed from the jewelry, thus the carat weight measurements are generated using the GIA formulas for approximating carat weight for stones while in a mounting, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. Some or all colored gemstones are subject to colored gemstone enhancement processes.
