Complimentary Shipping Within the U.S.
We offer free shipping on all online jewelry purchases within the United States. Please note that we do not ship internationally and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to security measures.
Secure, Signature-Required Delivery
All packages are shipped via UPS Express with adult signature required at delivery. You must be present to sign for the package when it arrives.
Once your order is placed, we'll contact you via email to confirm a delivery date (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of your choice).
We will not ship your package until you confirm the delivery date via email.
Once you've confirmed your delivery date with us, we provide a UPS tracking number so you can monitor your jewelry purchase every step of the way.
Important:
- Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following week.
- If we do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, your order may be voided.
- You must be available to sign for the package on the scheduled date; additional delivery attempts are not guaranteed.
Timing & Modifications
Most packages arrive within 1-2 business days after shipment.
If your piece requires sizing or modifications, please allow an additional 5-10 business days before it ships.
Carefully Packaged & Insured
Each item is photographed and documented before shipping, and we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery.
The packages will not be addressed from Walton's Jewelry for security purposes. We will not ship your purchase until you have replied back to us to confirm you will be available to sign for/accept the package on the scheduled delivery date.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours or email info@waltonsjewelry.com.

Once your payment clears (and any sizing is complete), we'll contact you to arrange a pickup time during our business hours. Once your payment clears (and ring sizing has been completed, if applicable), we will contact you to let you know your purchase is ready to pick up.
