Return Policy
We want you to feel confident and thrilled with your Walton’s Jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a limited return period for eligible items, outlined below.
Refunds & Returns
Eligible jewelry may be returned for a refund to the original payment method only if Walton's Jewelry is notified within 3 calendar days of delivery (for online purchases) or in-store pickup (for in-store purchases).
- In-store purchases: notification must be made within 3 calendar days of the purchase date.

Online purchases: notification must be made within 3 calendar days of the delivery date, as confirmed by tracking.
Refunds approved within this 3-day period are subject to a 6% restocking fee, which covers return shipping, insurance, handling, and processing costs.
Returns that fall outside of this 3-day notification window will not be accepted.
After 3 days and up to 30 days from the purchase or delivery date, items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, provided Walton's Jewelry is notified within the applicable time frame. No restocking fee applies to exchanges or store credit.
All sales are final after 30 days. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued beyond this period.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item.
Refund/Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit:
- The jewelry must be unworn by the purchaser, unaltered, and in its original condition
- It must include the original receipt and original packaging
- The return must be approved prior to mailing or bringing it in
- Items must be returned within the applicable time window outlined above
Jewelry for return or exchange showing any signs of wear, damage, or repair (including resizing or modifications) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense. Walton’s Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Jewelry purchased through financing or payment plans
- Special orders or custom design pieces
- (Any variation in size, color, or customization not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a special order. All special orders require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-cancelable and non-refundable.)
- Gift card purchases

- By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Walton's Return Policy.
- We do not offer trades or accept buybacks of previously purchased jewelry.
- Walton’s Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the policy requirements listed above.
