Davis and Anna Claire met during their senior year at Auburn, when he was her blind date to a Christmas cocktail party. They hit it off right away and have been together ever since. After graduation, both moved to Nashville, and as Anna Claire puts it, they have had "so much fun building our lives and starting adulthood side by side."

This past March, Davis proposed at Harlinsdale Farm in Franklin. Anna Claire had always hoped for something private, just the two of them, and that is exactly what he gave her. "It was simple, intimate, and one of the most special days of our lives," she shares. They spent the rest of the day celebrating before ending the evening with dinner at Hal's in Nashville.

Anna Claire had never told Davis she hoped her ring would come from Walton's. He simply knew. "He knew how much I loved Walton's and wanted to make the ring even more personal," she says. Davis came in and worked with our own Miller to design a custom three-stone ring entirely on his own, inspired by Anna Claire's deep love of antique jewelry and her collection of antique bangles. The result is a platinum setting with three round brilliant cut diamonds, the largest at the center, with delicate engravings on the shoulders and gallery that give the ring the antique character she has always loved.

"The fact that he designed every detail himself and chose a place that is so special to me makes the ring mean even more. Walton's helped bring his vision to life, and I'll always be grateful for the care they put into creating something that tells our story so perfectly."
