In 2017, we shared the news that a team from Facebook was coming to Franklin to produce a film about the Walton's story. (If you haven't seen the video yet - check out the link HERE - and grab a few tissues!)

Once again, our very own Julie Walton Garland will be heading back to Facebook this February to be a part of the Facebook Communities Summit! The Summit, which will host 400 people from around the world selected from thousands of applicants, is an opportunity for community leaders to learn from one another and from Facebook. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn new skills to help leaders define and fulfill the purpose and vision of their communities.
