At Walton's Jewelry, we offer UPS Express shipping to ensure your purchase arrives swiftly and securely. An adult signature is required upon delivery, so you must be present to sign for the package when it arrives. After your order is received, our team will contact you to confirm delivery on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of your choice. Please note, orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
Warranty & Returns
Returns for refund are accepted within 3 calendar days of purchase (or delivery for online orders). Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit up to 30 days from the purchase date or delivery date. All sales are final after 30 days.
Returned jewelry must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with the original receipt. Final sale items include special/custom orders, financed purchases, and gift cards.
