Returns & Exchanges
  • We offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days from the purchase date. We do not provide refunds. All sales are final after 30 days. After those 30 days, store credit or exchange will not be issued.

  • All jewelry returns or exchanges require approval. No jewelry will be accepted for return or exchange if it is damaged, altered, or worn. Jewelry must be returned in the condition it was received with the original receipt. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which must include insurance coverage.

  • All special orders and custom design orders are FINAL SALE. Any variation in size, color, or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a special order and is FINAL SALE. All special orders require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-cancelable and non-returnable. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.

  • Returned jewelry showing signs of wear, repair, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

  • We do not buy back jewelry previously purchased from us.

Please contact us directly by email for clear instructions on how to proceed with your return. Once the item is returned, we will examine its condition and issue store credit.

Walton’s Jewelry reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
