The Walton's Loyalty Program is simple.
As a member, for most every full-priced jewelry purchase you make in-store, you will receive 3%-5% of the purchase price as store credit that can be used on any future purchase.* Use your store credit for future purchases and watch your jewelry collection grow!
*The Loyalty Program can be altered or eliminated without notice. Rewards are not earned on custom projects, special orders, and repairs, and they are not combinable with any other offer or discount.

How do I join the Loyalty Program?
The Loyalty Program is invite-only, and you will receive an invitation in the form of a Rewards Card.
What are the loyalty tiers, and how do they work?
Our Loyalty Program has two tiers:
- Premier Member Tier: Earn 3% store credit on eligible purchases.
- Elite Member Tier: Earn 5% store credit on eligible purchases.
Are there any restrictions on earning rewards?
Loyalty rewards are not available on custom projects, special orders, or repairs. Rewards can, however, be applied to any of our jewelry services.
How do I check my rewards credit balance?
You can check your rewards credit balance by contacting us or visiting our showroom.
Can I transfer my Loyalty Program rewards to someone else?
Loyalty rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the Loyalty Member.
