Victorian 14K yellow gold hankie holder with hand engraved details. This forgotten feminine accessory was used by Victorian ladies to either hold their hanky or uplift their long dresses. It was attached to their hand via the ring that slipped over a finger with an adjustable ring that secured the fabric positioned in the tongs.
