Signed by Riker Bros. — one of the most celebrated American jewelry houses of the Edwardian era — this elegant navette-shaped locket is covered in white enamel with fine vertical striping and studded with twenty-two seed pearls arranged in a graceful scattered pattern across its face. A delicate scrolled gold bail suspends the locket from its original chain, which features matching white enamel navette links that echo the pendant's form. The locket opens to a single oval photo compartment.
