Victorian 10K yellow gold bracelet. A beautifully evocative example of late Victorian Etruscan Revival jewelry, this yellow gold bracelet features a finely engraved circular medallion centered on a vibrant green glass stone. The medallion is adorned with delicate floral and scroll engraving and embellished with gold bead accents, giving the piece its richly historic character. A hollow, open back reveals its original purpose as a small keepsake compartment — a secret detail hidden in plain sight. Inspired by ancient Roman and Etruscan ornaments, Victorian designers often used colored glass to create the look of archaeological treasures. Stamped with the Salomon Bornstein hallmark (1867–1922), it was crafted by an Austrian maker known for producing finely ornamented gold jewelry at the turn of the 20th century. The bangle comfortably fits a 6.5-7 inch wrist.
