Victorian 14K yellow gold locket bracelet. A true rarity among antique jewels, this locket bracelet is hallmarked by the London Assay Office with the Leo zodiac import mark. The piece likely originated in the mid-to-late 1800s and was imported into England decades later—a journey that adds to its remarkable story. The substantial gold bracelet features four large oval lockets across the top, each opening to reveal two compartments for portraits or treasured mementos. An additional hidden locket forms the clasp, cleverly concealing yet another two compartments. Locket bracelets were popular in the Victorian period, but to find one of this caliber—with multiple compartments, fine detailing, and such a commanding presence—is extraordinarily rare. Both a work of art and a vessel for personal history, this bracelet is a museum-worthy example of sentimental jewelry at its finest.
